This licence authorises the demolition or partial demolition of any load-bearing structure or any structure related to the physical integrity of a building. Specifically, it applies to structures that: - Are between 6-15 metres in height. - Require the use of load-shifting machinery on a suspended floor, such as bulldozers, cranes, excavators, front-end loaders, and skid-steer loaders. For instance, this licence permits the demolition of a home, warehouse, or concrete car park using an excavator on a suspended floor.
